Broken/damanaged TIFF file casues infinite loop at 100% CPU usage

Hi 👋

A file we got from a customer causes mediainfolib to get stuck at 100% CPU usage. Other metadata extraction tools like exifr or exiftool can process the file and indicate that it is in some way malformatted.
