Activating full parsing does not immediately full parse

Trying to solve this issue: https://github.com/MediaArea/MediaInfo/issues/725

i open the file with Full parsing disabled. Then I enable it but doesn't automatically full parse. I have to do File - Close file - reopen. If there were an option to "reload"...

Full parsing does not take effect immediately and the option is not preserved after closing and reopening the program.

@JeromeMartinez should I make this option saved to preferences and prompt user to restart MediaInfo to take effect?

If yes, while I'm at it, can I add option to show legacy streams in a similar way? I kinda miss seeing the core streams but if you don't want it in the GUI it's okay I can continue to survive with the CLI version when I want to see it.
