Policy check fails not being flagged

Currently checking folders of wav files against audio policy. On one occasion three md5 files were mistakenly included in a folder. In relation to these, Media Conch only flagged two of them as failing the policy, even though when I click into the policy report it has clearly failed all of the checks:

But when checking the folder for a second time, file seems to pass even though policy report details where item has failed specific rules:

I am using version 18.03.2 and Windows 7 operating system. Was advised to report bug here.

@fionnualaparfrey Can you try with a recent snapshot ?

@g-maxime It seems to be working more consistently with the snapshot above - tried again with the md5 files and they were all flagged.
