Standards Mismatch PAL Policy Frame Rate

Hello! I have run a PAL FFV1 MKV file through the Standards Mismatch PAL Policy, it comes back with an error on the frame rate: General FrameRate must be 25 ❌ fail (Reason: is not equal) Context (field): FrameRate Context (value): 25 Track type: General Actual: 25.000

Thanks for the report. we need to change "25" from the policy into the more precise "25.000".
