Inconsistent implementation of ICRD rules

MS recomendation states: ICRD: The ICRD field must be in YYYY, YYYY-MM, YYYY-MM-DD format or initiate with a YYYY-MM-DD formatted string and then include additional free text.

BWF MetaEdit erases free text after YYYY-MM-DD in ICRD

E. g. 2000-10-16 approximately becomes 2000-10-16

FADGI recommendations state: ICRD: If the INFO-LIST chunk is used, ICRD must follow ISO 8601

However parts of ISO 8601 (eg date ranges) are deleted/not implemented
