What's the pretrained model of kitii_tracking ?

Hi, I have some questions about the experiment on kitii_tracking. I notice that the paper said "All object detectors were pre-trained on the COCO dataset". But the setting in your experiment on kitii_tracking is pretty confusing. What does "model_kitti.pth" mean in training process? Is that a mistake?
