Failed to init ps Press Start to exit.

Not sure what this error means. But this is all I get. I have tried installing through universal updater, removing everything and downloading all sources through github and I get the same error no matter what. I have tried finding other people with similar errors to troubleshoot and it doesn't seem to be an issue anyone is encountering. I'm not sure where I could be going wrong? There's only a couple steps for installation and it seems very straightforward... I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!
