Include timestamps on chat messages and group invites.

... so we know how old messages or invites are when, for example, we are trying to assemble teams, etc.

"I received a group invite, but when I joined, the group was already deployed. Do I have enough time to run a few QP matches, or will the group be done with their FP match any minute now??" It's impossible to know the answer without some indication of when invites and messages arrive.

To keep the UI cleaner for people who don't need it, include a settings option for timestamps that defaults to Enabled.
