Mechlab UI; Resolutions above HD UI is too small

When using resolutions above 1920 x 1080, the mechlab UI gets scaled so small that it gets inherently harder to read the menu Icons and text as the resolution goes up, 4K is impossible to understand.

I've taken 3 screenshots, all of them in mechlab at different resolutions: the first is standard HD (1920 x 1080), the second 1440p (2560 x 1440) and the last 3840 x 2160. I'm using a 40 inch HD tv screen and Nvidia DSR to get the higher resolutions. If I can't read it on my tv screen, I have no idea how others will with actual 4k PC monitors :).
