Testing Grounds: (C) Variants, Clan or IS, Full Survival Tree, VIP, Free Cam, and Re-population

For the 'Mechs in the Testing Grounds, it would be much more useful to test a build, if these options were available in game.

1. Toggle to (C) variants of the Spawned 'Mechs as they tend to be max or near max armor
2. Toggle between Clan or I.S. 'Mechs Spawned
3. Toggle the Full Survival Skill Tree Nodes for further IG accuracy
4. Toggle the VIP 'Mech on maps that support the game mode
5. Free Cam for Content Creators to show off their machines is something we have been wanting
6. Toggle Re-population of the 'Mechs

6 is primarily a request, because my 8 year old Autistic son loves the game, but does not have the coordination or communication skills to play MWO properly
