Impossible to quit when "Hide main window on close" option is enabled

After enabling "Hide main window on close" option in Preferences, it is impossible to quit Sunflower in a normal way. Closing window, of course, hides the application. Clicking "Quit" from main menu does the same thing - hides window. Tray indicator, which appears after enabling said option, has "Quit" entry, but it doesn't work, hides the window. I suppose "Quit" from main menu and tray indicator should always quit program, even if "Hide main window on close" is enabled.
