Closing search in file list leaves cursor in unfocused state

Open search by starting typing any file or directory name. Press Escape button. Now cursor in file list is "inactive" (not focused) and you'll need to press Up or Down arrow keys to get focus to it.

Another related issue is that if you press Enter key while cursor is not focused - you'll get search bar with strange unicode symbol at the start:
