There's a lot of value in having multiple windows, but a lot of people really prefer a tabbed interface. That would be nice to support.
GitHub now supports 2 factor auth; it should be supported.
I just noticed that when I open sourced the app I included a very new work in progress comment window. That needs a lot of love, including a nicer design.
This is actually not super easy because of inline code snippets and images, but it might still be possible with an attributed string and textview.
If an image doubles as a link, have a border... let's not do that.
This is actually rather difficult since all API calls are done through a central controller.
Coming up with some elegant way to do inline comments would be nice.
Adding rich text editing would be much more valuable than allowing the user to preview markdown.
