Please report dependencies on installation instructions

I was trying to install it and had to install several dependencies to get it to work. Here are the ones I needed:

npm install @hapi/hapi commander pegjs mathjs lodash tonal-scale nanotimer easymidi note-parser  tonal-chord @hapi/inert
