I see only the Sky but no blocks

Please check whether it's unzipped at resource_packs folder.

I had a similar issue, and I had to do this:

  1. Rename file from .mcpack to .zip
  2. Unzip into the resources folder

iOS files app can't rename files, so I used this shortcut: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/fbc9a7d7777d42af8b7c94dd27983f7a

(Careful with running random untrusted shortcuts please!)
