Consider using WIL to simplify COM operations

The COM interfaces I use are not public, they change through out versions, they are not publicly stable, and especially so when dealing with newer versions. Which means they are bound to change as they have multiple times, and so trying to abstract may make it harder to deal with in the future. Though I will definitely look into cleaning it up
