Monitor_nD list mode (on main branch / MCPL_input ) seems currently broken on GPU

Not a general Monitor_nD issue. Output from e.g. templateSANS_Mantid in McStas releases 3.2-3.4 seems to function correctly... Currently looking into what may have otherwise changed...
