Simulation stops running after 1.4e9 neutrons on Windows

MITR_4DH4.zip stops at 1 4e9

When running the attached .instr file on Windows, the simulation consistently stops after generating around 1.4e9 neutrons. See the interruption of the progression bar on the attached picture. I ran the same instrument on Ubuntu with Windows Subsystem for Linux and was able to go beyond.
