Bragg component EXTEND SCATTERED ABSORB

On my end it seems like the behavior differs between the 1.7 and 3.0 version. The EXTEND %{ if (!SCATTERED) ABSORB; %} seems to be ignored in McXtrace 3.0. example

As mentioned, my current theory is that the bug relates to something internal to the Bragg_crystal family of components, since Test_PowderN seems to behave constantly across 1.7 / 3.0 when running the scan
