isBlocking ? could not find that in source angular-block-ui.js in dist

Instead I found something like

state().blocking

to check if blocking is on or off.

isBlocking is not contained in a release yet (it was introduced in march, while the last release 0.2 was from february). If you wan't to use it you need to clone the repo.

@McNull Do you have any plans for an upcoming release?

This is included from v0.2.1 onwards. I think this issue can be closed now.
