enhancement request: a config option to delay when the block goes away

hey, it would be very nice if we could add a delay for the block goes away. we can add a delay to make it appear later, we could also have a similar delay to remove it later.

so for example, by setting this new delay time, it would keep showing the block even after the request was finished until the specified time.

you could rename current delay setting to delayStart and add a new one called delayStop

does this idea makes sense?

I for example need it, to avoid user to click on some dataTables while they are getting refreshed, usually they take more time than the ajax response, so it would be nice to keep the block for more time, for example, 2 seconds after the response come.

hope it is approved and implemented.
