any one here please let me know, what are all possible scenarios this error may occur. I am not able to figure out this error showing in my console. but block ui is working - config options are not reflecting, but I want to resolve this error.

check out this link: https://github.com/McNull/angular-block-ui/issues/29. The post from yyanavichus had the solution that worked for me.
