Emojis and/or stickers within posts

It'd be cool to be able to easily use emojis inside of thread bodies, comments, and posts. Even better would be allowing admins to add images to use as custom emojis.

I mentioned them being "stickers" in the title, because I think they should appear larger, like a full size image, when on their own line. Effectively like reaction images, but that any user can quickly and easily use.

I think when we add this we should be compatible with mastodon which already has an custom emoji implementation: https://docs.joinmastodon.org/spec/activitypub/#Emoji
