Bookmarks cannot be removed when the post was deleted

Describe the bug Bookmarks cannot be removed when the post was deleted. All menus disappear from deleted posts (at least on moderated ones).

On which Mbin instance did you find the bug? fedia.io

Which Mbin version was running on the instance? 1.8.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Bookmark a post.
2. Go to the bookmark list.
3. Discover that it was deleted and you have no access to bookmark menus.

Expected behavior Show the bookmark menus so I can remove the bookmark. Specifically I would prefer it to not be unbookmarked automatically because I might have something there that I want to be reminded about.
