Dark Mode has been added to the Android app in the master branch. An APK for this version that can be sideloaded will be made available for testing as soon as the new v0.2 alpha code stabilises.

Btw @5tubb0rn please use a more descriptive issue title. Something like "Feature request: dark mode for Android" describes way better what the issue is about. These issues all end up in a big list and without descriptive titles it's hard to find out what the users want just from there.
