(BUG) Toggle icon has dissappeared
I loved that there was a toggle to enter and leave zen, but the toggle has dissappeared after i enter zen now.
How it started: Was in zen mode and closed all my tabs. Then the icon dissappeared and now i manually have to type the command each time..
Disable and enable the plugin seems to fix it. But the issue will appear again as soon as you close all your tabs again.
I looked into this a bit. When you close up that last tab, the Zen toggle icon becomes the only element within it's parent html container. And then the "blank" tab opens up, and there's 2 sibling elements again. But basically, Zen is in the wrong position now, it's rendered behind the blank tab contents instead of in front of it, so you don't see it and can't interact with it anymore. Disabling and enabling the plugin gets rid of the Zen toggle and recreates it in the correct position so that it displays on top and works correctly again.
One way of fixing this would be to watch for this type of event and move the Zen toggle back into it's proper html element position when it happens. I might be able to add in something that does that, I'll take a look.
