Option so that Esc doesn't exit fullscreen

I would love to use this plugin with the option to automatically toggle full screen. I am also using vim keybindings, which use Esc to change editing modes. So it would be nice if I could press Esc without it exiting full screen.

It would be great to have the option to disable "Esc exits full screen". (Or maybe easier: expose a "exit full screen" command that can be bound to any hotkey using the standard Obsidian hotkey configuration)
