Importing cookies doesn't bypass steam guard

I tried importing my cookies to get past the mobile authenticator. They were imported successfully, but i still can't log in. What do i do?

Same here After import cookie Steam Guard send me Email Code and in this mode result new device and for 7 day can`t buy nothing
