Add Cypress tests to remaining screens

As per title. There's currently only tests for the onboarding screen, admin page and motions. I'll add tests for strawpolls in the next week, adding them for the rest of the screens would be nice too.

Let me know if you'd like some guidance on the expected functionality, as some of the interactions with the UI may be somewhat unexpected.

Sure Maxwell. To begin with, I can have a simple test flow so that you may have a look at it. Probably should be ready by tomorrow or earlier.
