I have tried the application a number of times. Twice I got the same message while in other attempts after logging in I only get a blank screen

I thought you should change the country from de.api.... to one of 'ru', 'us', 'tw', 'sg', 'cn', 'de' (de on sub domain). It works for me (with tw) NOTE: if country == cn, no need to use sub domain. You can refer here for detail
