unable to overwrite existing files

I have a backup I extracted because I hit the password bug I want to recreate it by uploading all the files into an empty backup but I need to be able to overwrite the existing files but the tool doesn't appear to have an option for that. Could you please add a switch that allows to overwrite files and automatically answer yes to all prompts so I can run a script to add all files?

iBake is currently being fully rewritten in order to support latest versions of iOS and macOS, and new features such as encrypted backups or iCloud backups. Overwriting files is a good idea, I will consider it.
