[Suggestion] One use/set durability Open items, Player Coordinates, and more

Currently the Open Item can be used infinite times, but It would be nice if they could only be used once or a few times.

Second would be a way to use a players coordinates, both in normal values(x,y,z) and via what chunk coordinates they are in.

And alwyn974 mentioned something about cooldowns, Im guessing in relation to open items?
