Terminal gets messed up (in Cygwin, when using ssh)

Problem description

Hi all,

sometimes, when using Cygwin in Conemu and ssh-ing to a host, the output of the terminal gets messed up (please see the screenshot). This seems to happen mostly when working in LXD-Containers. (Screenshot shows using ls and TAB TAB - Output gets messed up)

If the issue happens, I cannot scroll up in terminal (text on the last page is lost - for example when having searched something with apt and I scroll up, I cannot see the last pages of the output of apt).

When typing longer commands, the line gets broken and continues in a new line (please have a look at the screenshot). It looks like the terminal cuts down the width of screen.

Can somebody help please?

Steps to reproduce

There isn't unfortunately any way reproduce the issue. It seems, that it mostly occurs in Containers (LXD oder Docker) after output of longer text.
