Allow tabs to tear away into another window

It would be nice if tabs could be torn off of the current window to make a new window or to docket into another ConEmu window.

What?

In applications like Google Chrome and Firefox, if a window has multiple tabs, the user can detach a tab into a separate window (by clicking on the tab and dragging it out). A tab in one window can also be docked into a separate existing window (again by dragged the tab from one window to the other).

So? Detach tab and attach it into another ConEmu instance. There is no "one-command" menu item at the moment.

That doesn't work for me. If I have Window 1 with tabs A & B, and Window 2 with tab C. If I detach tab B from Window 1, then go to Window 2 and choose "attach to" and then pick the CON process that was B, it attaches back to the original Window 1 (not Window 2). I'm using 150513 preview.

Weird. That's a bug.

In ConEmu 230724, I can already do this by right clicking the tab in the tab bar → Close or KillUnfasten.

This works to move the tab to a new window, but not into another (existing) window.
