[ToDo] Replace API calls to Windows GDI with generic interfaces

To implement a lot of issues from drawing category ConEmu sources have to be detached from direct calls to Windows GDI API, utilizing Windows native controls (TabBar, Rebar, Editbox, Toolbar).

There is branch br-gdi where I do the work from time to time.
