Sonarr (and possibly more) install fails if wget is not present.

Failed to "wget https://services.sonarr.tv/v1/download/main/latest?version=4&os=linux&arch=x64" because wget isnt not found. After manual wget install it works. The readme is made for "wget or curl"

Bazarr service not starting up - conflicting timezone

After installing bazarr I noticed I cannot connect to its webgui. It was not even listed in running service. I tried running ` /opt/Bazarr/venv/bin/python /opt/Bazarr/bazarr.py` manually to see whats up....
