The only game that I'm able to compile for is Team Fortress 2

This application worked phenomenally up until approximately two months ago. I have tried moving files, uninstalling the application, and several other things. This is an extremely useful application, and a vast majority of other users seem to be having this problem too. I just hope that if it is a problem with the appliance, there's a solution that will be released soon.
