Update stack to work with dockerode

Hi Maxime,

I use HarborJS with Dokku, but same problem issued by #16 and #17, about docker.io module. I decide to update code to use them and think to maintain code for add new features :-). It's good project, thanks a lot for your work.

I separate stuff in features branch : features/dockerode features/dokku-integration features/new-dashboard (separate apps/databases view) features/check-status-app (begin stuff for check app exist) features/newapp-security (allow only admin to create app with another namespace)
