Remove MongoDB dependencies

Hi!

I think that for a small project like this one, it could be usefull to skip Mongo with an standalone virtualdb, like https://www.npmjs.com/package/flat-file-db to manage users, etc.

I'm interested to do the job.

Yes indeed you're right. Feel free to do a PR, I would love to continue that project but I don't have much time.
