Publish state topic outside of homeassistant/

would it be possible to publish states of sensor outside of HA like tgtg/ (root can be configurable as well).

And make HA optional. So it will be more flexible for people having MQTT without HA, and wanted to manipulate data before pushing to HA. I would be nice as well to send notification using MQTT topics without using HA

This tools will be a bridge between TGTG and MQTT, with HA if enabled
