add option for medal name in /medal recent

not sure how youd do this with the prefix variant since that has a username field so maybe slash command only: specify a medal name in /medal recent to skip to the page of that medal, sometimes i wonder how many medals ago i got a specific medal, or just want to show a specific one that i have
