Roadrunner crash when placing buddysteel vault

Reproduction Steps

1. Download the above and beyond modpack, then add roadrunner (version 1.16.5-1.5.2): https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/create-above-and-beyond
2. Place a buddysteel vault
3. The game crashes

The reason I think roadrunner is the cause: The game crashed: unexpected error Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: RoadRunner BlockEntityList: Adding the same BlockEntity object twice: {inv:{Size:120,Items:[]},x:108,y:63,z:-256,id:"buddycards:buddysteel_vault",locked:0b,player:""}

Removing roadrunner fixes the issue
