Updated php requirements. In this way matching the actual version supported by Magento 2: https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/install-gde/system-requirements-tech.html

Any news? I'm issuing the same problem due to the PHP version (I'm running Magento2 on PHP 7.2)
