I think this is intentional because the jukebox is a physical thing in game

Ash storms according to Dan on discord are impossible to make currently so I'm removing them from this list

are you sure that you didn't touch the other version that prevents this instead? I just tested it and it seems to be working fine, what isn't working correctly however...
