Updated packages, fixed some bugs, added new functionality, and generated new NuGet packages

Updated the dependencies and fixed some bugs. Specifically, the array/item return for netblocks has a workaround now. Will you add this NuGet v0.3 to your NuGet source?

Nuget package is v0.4 at this point. Please submit to the NuGet repository.
