Fold indicators are hidden

When using atom dark fusion I'm not able to see fold indicators in my file. Compare:

Solarized

Clicking where the arrow is supposed to be still folds, so I assume that the arrow is just being set to the same color as the background. Would be wonderful to get this sorted so that the arrows are visible.

Hmm, a bit more experimentation shows that this is only true when combined with the Nucleus Dark ui theme. https://github.com/ignism/nucleus-dark-ui

So I probably should be opening this there, unless it can be fixed at this level.
