App crashes when changing the album image
Actual behaviour
With some albums, not all of them, the app doesn't recognize the cover.jpg file in the album folder. When I try to add the image manually, the app crashes. It happens also when I try to search the image on the web. I could change the artist image though ... The album is in flac, I don't know if it is important so I mention it. The images are recognized by VLC on android.
Expected behaviour
The cover.jpg files should be recognized and added automatically. The app soulnd't crash when manually charging the images.
Steps to reproduce
- Copy several albums on the phone
- Choose one whose the image is not loaded
- Try to load it manually
Environment data
Android version: 9
Device model: xiaomi redmi 4X
Stock or customized system: lineage for microG 16.0
Music-Player app version: 1.3.1
This happens to some specific albums of mine, it gets the cover from the internet but when hitting save, it crashes. The albums are tracks which supposedly were ripped from a Japanese retail CD but were for some reason converted to FLAC format. I don't know if they're actually in FLAC format, but that's what the extension is. They all play fine.
Same problem here. Find a complete log attached. @MaxFour, hope you can fix it.
Also flac files here. Not sure though if it happens to mp3 files too. Using Android 10 if that matters. Music version is 1.3.3.
LOG
It happens too if you use it on mp3 files. Download of the album covers succeeds, saving works too but when the app finishes the job it crashes. Cover is still saved though.
LOG
Can confirm it happens too.
