Icons for element buttons, so children can play?
It would be good if each Element button ("Wall", "Sand", "Water", etc) had an icon next to its name indicating what it is to children who can't read (or people who can't read English!)
do you think color would suffice? I would have difficulty designing these icons!
Color would definitely be better than nothing!

I really appreciate you picking these out (and I think you made good choices) but to be honest I subjectively have a negative associations to their aesthetic, it makes me think of enterprise dashboard software.
At the same time, I don't want to be the person who chooses minimalist grey on grey text and builds something I find pretty and is hard to use for others (especially children/non-english speakers).
I'm going to try color and see how it feels!
Thanks so much :D I'll leave the issue open in case anyone feels like offering icons that'd suit, but this already helps a lot :)
