AutoFill a Packing Slip Template from Google sheets Data

Hi This is my first post on GitHub. Teaching Myself how to code. I have already searched for code that might do what I am asking below but havent found anything yet.

I would like to create a packing slip that auto fills with data coming from a Google sheets spreadsheet. Packing Slip could have up to 50 rows of sku`s or more - See link Below

Ideally I would like JavaScript code to do this ?
