Integrate better support for RTK3

Currently, there is no expanded data (kun, on, jlpt) for Hyougai Kanji. This is because the base deck used to create the project did not include them. Although virtually every kanji is supported, only the first 2136 have the additional info.

Solutions :

• Contact the original deck creator to see if it's possible to get the scraping program used.
• Create a standalone scraping program. This program should get:
  • Heisig Frame Number
  • Primitives
  • Stroke Count
  • Lesson Number?
  • Jouyou Grade
  • JLPT Grade
  • Onyomi
  • Kunyomi
  • Common words
  • Reading examples.

All of these can be scraped from https://jisho.org/. Check for APIs
